With its proximity to the A30 road that connects Devon and Cornwall, this makes the perfect spot for touring this stunning part of the world.
You get a real sense of community at Wooladon Farm, yet with enough space to go off and do your own thing. The picturesque and awe inspiring Dartmoor National Park is just a short drive, offering some of the finest scenes and a vast selection of walks and bridleways suitable for all abilities. The farm is bordered by the river Tamar and the river Lyd offering excellent fishing for brown trout, sea trout and salmon. Sandwiched between the market towns of Tavistock and Launceston, both steeped in history and must sees when in this part of the world. Centrally located both the north and south coasts are reached within an hour and both offer a fine selection of beaches, quaint villages and stunning coastline. The farm is in the village of Lifton benefitting from the large local farm shop, Post Office / store, pubs and restaurants.
