The Georgian market town of Holt is a fantastic base. Situated a short drive from the Norfolk coastline and within easy reach of the glorious countryside Holt offers a great array of restaurants shops historic buildings art galleries and pubs. Holt Country Park and Spout Hills are close by they offer the chance for families to explore with their dogs. Take a trip on the North Norfolk Railway visit the watermill at Letheringsett or explore the ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle. Head to the coast to explore walk or bird watch at Wells-next-the-Sea Morston Burnham Overy Staithe Salthouse Cromer and Brancaster. Other attractions slightly further afield include Holkham Felbrigg and Blickling Hall Pensthorpe Natural Park Norwich Sandringham and Blakeney Quay where you can catch a boat to see the seals at Blakeney Point. Upon entering this stunning and super stylish Grade II flint cottage you will arrive in the porch area which has access to the large and spacious shower room with shower and WC as well as access to the rest of the cottage. Within the porch there is also a utility cupboard which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Leading through into the lounge area you will find the perfect environment to unwind in featuring two chairs and a sofa as well as a Smart TV and a feature effect electric fire. The hallway on the right leads you to the open-plan kitchen/diner perfect for breakfast lunch and dinner. There is seating for up to four guests at the table and the contemporary kitchen boasts an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Access the first floor from the kitchen as you head up the stairs on your right is the wonderfully styled master bedroom featuring a comfortable chair king-size bed and a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Along from the master bedroom is the large family bathroom which has a hand-held shower over roll-top bath and WC perfect to relax in after a long day out exploring Norfolk. The cosy and characteristic twin bedroom completes the layout on the first floor and this also features a wardrobe and storage space. Heading outside to the front of the cottage from the porch area there is allocated off-road parking for one car. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. There is no outside space to the cottage, a few minutes walk away Spout Hill offers a fantastic space for picnics, dog walking and some quiet time. . There is some road noise during certain times of the day.
