The town of Holt is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed holiday in North Norfolk. An elegant Georgian town with a real community feel to it guests staying here will have an excellent range of shops restaurants and coffee shops right on the doorstep ideal for popping out for a relaxed lunch or dinner. To the north of the town the beaches harbour towns and nature reserves of Norfolks north coast await offering something for everyone whether they fancy scenic walks leisurely boat trips or just a day of sunbathing and beach games. The front door of this brick and flint cottage opens directly into the open-plan living space with the lounge area situated to the front of the room and the kitchen area towards the rear. A wood burner-effect electric fire keeps the room lovely and snug in the cooler months when guests may like to spend their evenings with a takeaway in front of the Smart TV or watch one of the many DVDs. Holt boasts many restaurants but for those who prefer to cook the kitchen offers a good range of equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge and dishwasher. Upstairs there are two bedrooms the first of which is a cosy double room with a lovely restful feel to it. The second bedroom meanwhile is a peaceful single room with a day bed. The bathroom offers a bath with shower over and WC and is finished with local flint tiles adding a touch of character to the room. A parking space for one car can be found opposite the cottage along the narrow driveway and there is also a small outside seating area with bistro table and chairs giving guests a pleasant place to sit out with al fresco eating and drinks. Need to know: 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Sleeps 2 1. Bathroom bath with shower over and WC. Smart TV / DVD player. Wi Fi included (speed can be variable). Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher (The dishwasher is located under the cooker). 1 dog welcome.
