Little Tree Cottage cottage Yorkshire Dales
Little Tree Cottage is a beautiful, ground floor holiday property, a wing of the owner`s home, set in the heart of the village of Addingham in Yorkshire. With two bedrooms, including one king-size double and one family bedroom with a double and single bed, the cottage offers very flexible sleeping arrangements for up to four people. There`s also a shower room, a sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen. Outside, there is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a patio garden with furniture. Within a few moments are the many amenities of the village, including a golf course, while the National Park can be found close by for wonderful walking and cycling opportunities. Little Tree Cottage provides a fantastic romantic retreat.
The historic village of Addingham nestles in the the River Wharfe valley between Ilkley and Skipton, 3 miles from the Dales National Park at Bolton Abbey. In the Doomsday Book, Addingham is referred to as `Ediham`, which probably meant `Home of Edi`, the Earl of Bolton Abbey. Today`s village thrives with several pubs serving fine ale and excellent food, a scattering of small shops and a delightful golf course surrounded by breathtaking countryside.
