This detached, stone built barn conversion offers an excellent holiday home with so much to do within the 23 acres it occupies. A tranquil and peaceful setting of private pastureland, home to the owner's 5 alpacas, Shetland pony, ducks and three friendly Labrador dogs.
The traditional village centre of Littleham is less than 1 mile away and offers a character pub serving good food, with the market town of Bideford offering other amenities being less than 3 miles away. The long sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 15 minute drive and there are a wealth of attractions close by which include Dartington Crystal, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and much more. Leisure facilities: you will be able to enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool in the adjacent barn (heated to 82F) which has a current swimming machine, basketball hoop and a number of floating pool toys. There is also a play area available for fun badminton / short tennis / volleyball court / clock golf on adjacent lawn. Games room: first class with something for children of all ages with snooker, darts and plenty of toys for all ages. Large barn with table tennis and basketball available.
The accommodation has been converted to a high standard, very comfortably furnished and well-equipped throughout whilst retaining original charm. TWO bedrooms: very attractive ground floor rooms each with full SkyTV package and DVD. 1 spacious twin with additional bunk beds and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 double.

Outside: private fully fenced lawn garden with patio and garden furniture and two natural ponds to wander around.
Amenities: ample parking in courtyard. Bed linen (also for travel cot), towels, pool towels and tea towels included. Central heating extra at cost. Electric included end May - end August, by meter reading at all other times. First basket of logs free. Wi-fi available. Pool heating included. Pets welcome. Non-smokers preferred.
Additional info: the owners offer a wealth of provisions including fresh flowers, chocolates, carafe of water and current magazine in each bedroom, bath oils and shower gel in bath and shower room. Welcome pack including half a dozen eggs, fruit bowl, tea tray and bottle of wine on arrival, all washing powders, liquids, cooking oils and herbs in the kitchen. Not suitable for more than 6 adults.
