Set in the lovely rural village of Littleham, this comfortable detached cottage has been carefully converted retaining character features, including original beamed ceilings and stone walls. The friendly owners live next door, but privacy is assured and the property benefits from a private patio area.
The property is perfect for a romantic escape and is nestled within a short stroll from the village pub serving excellent food. A couple of miles from the coast, well placed to take advantage of the coastal beaches and scenery of North Devon. Several local attractions nearby to choose from including RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and the historic harbour village of Clovelly. In the evenings, enjoy a stroll along the country lanes, or relax with a glass of wine in the courtyard.
The accommodation accessed via 2 steps down offers ONE bedroom: double with exposed beams, TV / DVD accessed via three steps from the living area.
