This semi-detached cottage, adjoining the original Grade I listed Manor House, is tucked away down a long private driveway.
It is situated just outside the village of Buckland Brewer with its popular 13th century public house / restaurant which is recommended in the Good Pub Guide, and also a health spa with indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and gymnasium.
