These refurbished cottages have been completed to a high standard and are well located for touring North Devon. The end and mid terrace cottages are situated on the road to Bradworthy and have river and Yeo Valley views. A short drive to various local surfing beaches (20 minutes drive to the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho!)
The market town of Bideford has a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and a pannier market and is home to the Oldenburg which offers boat trips to Lundy Island. Other attractions close by include RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and some of the finest National Trust cliff-top walks in the area. The property is also close to the Tarka Trail, popular with walkers and cyclists and is located on a favoured cycling route up the Yeo Valley. Relax in the conservatory with reflective glass to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter or sit on the raised patio in the garden overlooking the valley. There are also a range of village inns close by serving food.

Outside: shared use of 'Iris Hideaway', situated in its natural riverside setting 160 yards away with private fishing.
Amenities: shared adequate private parking available. Bed linen, electric and electric heating included. Regret no smoking in the property. 4 dogs welcome (downstairs only).
Additional info: camping at The Hideaway may be possible at an extra charge by arrangement with the owner. Both cottages can be booked together for larger parties.

The spacious cottage accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 double with single.
Bathroom: luxury with double ended oversize bath and separate shower. Further small bathroom located on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC.
Lounge: with SkyTV, wi-fi and woodburner (first basket included). Lounge leads to a large conservatory with fine views. Kitchen / diner: delightful and well-equipped with cooker, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Outside: enclosed garden with seating on raised patio area (please note that Edgemill Cottage has shared access through the garden).
