This splendid cottage is set in the heart of Llanrhidian a picture-perfect village with pubs and shop. The property is within walking distance to the Wales Coast Path and the magnificent saltwater wetlands of the Loughor estuary. Visit Weobly Castle a 14th century fortified manor overlooking the village which is open to the public. Also a short drive to the bays at Oxwich Port Eynon and Rhossili. The Gower Heritage Centre a museum built around a 12th century watermill is a lovely day out or enjoy some retail therapy in the city. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter the property into the welcoming lounge with charming exposed beams and a warming wood burner set in front of the comfortable sofa where you can watch your favourite programme on the TV. Get those logs crackling and cosy up for the evening after a long day. Head up one step through to the kitchen well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment there are also uninterrupted views of the church from here. Head up the cottage style stairs to the first floor with church views from the landing one step up will lead you to the pretty double bedroom with bed linen and towels provided and get a good nights rest before a long day exploring. There is also a bathroom on the first floor which is up one step from the landing with shower over bath and WC that completes the property. Outside there is a good-sized enclosed decked garden perfect for a romantic break where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploration.
