Set in rolling countryside between the Uni town of Lampeter and historic town of Tregaron, surrounded by the beautiful Cambrian Mountain landscape and easily accessible for great days out. Ideally situated for the Regency seaside town of Aberaeron or market town of Llandovery both 16 miles. Local Gold Mines and Talley Abbey are all a within a short drive and the Teifi Valley offers amazing wildlife and fishing. Secluded away from light pollution, ideal for stargazing.

Location: beach within 35 minutes at Aberaeron, shop 1.5 miles, pub 3 miles. The local town of Lampeter is 5 miles.
The accommodation was formerly part of the barn, now providing comfortable accommodation with THREE bedrooms: 1 double bedroom downstairs, 1 double attic room with low beams and 1 downstairs twin bedroom.
Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge / diner: woodburner, TV and DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Outside: small paved patio and enclosed lawn garden. Arrival: 4pm
