The location of this lovely property is perfect for enjoying the areas beautiful sandy beaches and offers perfect walking and bird-watching opportunities in the nearby Clwydian hills as well as peaceful country lanes and footpaths from the doorstep. Victorian Llandudno historic Conwy with its majestic castle and the Snowdonia national park are all an enjoyable day trip. Enter into this spacious and well presented country property into a fabulous stylish fitted kitchen with electric AGA range oven and hob microwave fridge and dishwasher with a light and bright dining area with doors out to the garden and spectacular views. The freezer is tucked inside a walk in pantry and heading back through the kitchen is a very handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a wet room with shower and WC. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating for eight guests and is super cosy for relaxing evenings planning the next days activities with the lovely wood burner. A super addition is the sun room with plenty of natural light flooding in and the perfect spot for morning coffee and a perusing the morning papers. Up to the first floor from the spacious hallway you will find four good sized bedrooms all with TV s. There are two king -size bedrooms the third bedroom is a king-size zip and link bed (which can be configured as twin beds by arrangement) and the fourth bedroom a twin. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a large patio area with private hot tub and a fantastic dining shelter and built in charcoal BBQ perfect for Al-fresco dining whatever the weather. The large lawn will delight families and there is private off-road parking for five cars. There is also secure lockable storage for bikes. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 2 king size and 1 king size zip and link (which can be made up as twins on request) and 1 twin bedroom. 1 bathroom and 1 wet room with shower and WC.
