LOVELY COTTAGE IN ONE OF CORNWALL'S MOST PICTURESQUE AREAS
This refurbished detached former mill cottage nestles in the Pentewan Valley, on the edge of a small family farm, and is almost a level walk to the cycle trail which takes you to the popular Pentewan beach.
There is also a restaurant serving food and shop within walking distance. The traditional fishing village of Mevagissey is less than 4 miles away as is the large town of St Austell with many leisure facilities. There is much to see and do in the area with excellent country and woodland walks direct from the property. Attractions in the area include numerous National Trust properties and gardens, The Eden Project, Tall Ships at Charlestown and much more. You will also be centrally placed for touring the whole of Cornwall with most attractions being less than an hours drive.
