The renowned Longborough Festival Opera is situated virtually underneath the stepped terrace of the bottom of the garden. Just a stones throw away are Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold with Lower Slaughter Broadway Chipping Campden Bourton-on-the-Water and Burford all close by. Further afield are the historic towns of Stratford-upon-Avon Shakespeares birth place and Cheltenham home to the literature and food festival and Horse racing. More local attractions include Chastleton House and Gardens Hidcote Manor Daylesford Organic farm shop and Batsford Arboretum.
