This delightful 2 storey apartment is situated over the owners’ beautiful antique shop in the centre of the Medieval town of Lostwithiel. Once part of the Great Hall of the Old Duchy Palace. The historic town oozes character and history and is also known as the antiques capital of Cornwall.
There is always something to see and do here and you can walk from the property to the train station and hop off in London or Penzance without any fuss. Close to the best restaurants and pubs in town and also close to the river for those who want to try kayaking, canoeing, fishing or swimming. The golf course is only a 5 minute drive and there are great walks around Restormel Castle or the Lanhydrock Estate. Other attractions worth a look include The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Tall Ships at Charlestown, Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more.
