COSY STONE COTTAGE ON THE EDGE OF HISTORIC TOWN OF LOSTWITHIEL
This cosy detached single storey cottage, adjacent to the owners' property, is situated on the edge of the historic town of Lostwithiel in an elevated position with distant views over the Fowey Valley which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
A walk down the hill takes you to a range of pubs, shops and antique shops with several good footpaths and the Saints Way passing the edge of the town. An ideal position for touring the county, there are some lovely beaches, fishing villages and sheltered coves close by as well as attractions to suit most tastes which include The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock, Tall Ships at Charlestown, Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more.
The accommodation, served by solar panels which are fitted to the house next door, offers ONE double bedroom.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / diner: with Freeview TV, DVD, gas fire and double sofa-bed. Kitchen: galley-style and modern with cooker, fridge / freezer and microwave. Utility: external with washing machine and spin dryer.
