Situated on the edge of the village this cottage benefits from rolling countryside views from the very back garden which means there is so much walking to be had. For those who prefer life on two wheels the nearby Manifold and Tissington trail are popular scenic routes. The busy market towns of Leek and Ashbourne are both a short drive away as is Buxton with its famous opera house and stunning Georgian architecture. The Heights of Abraham with unrivalled views and cable car the ever-popular town of Bakewell the magnificent historic houses of Chatsworth Estate and Haddon Hall and even Alton Towers Theme Park for thrill seekers are all within easy reach. The cottage welcomes you into the open-plan lounge/diner you can t miss the sumptuous sofa with recliners built in at each end just waiting for you to make yourself at home and put your feet up and take advantage of the Smart TV with catch up or Blu-ray with sound bar providing all your viewing needs. The beamed ceiling and stone fireplace with wood burner helps to bring some of the cottages character to life.
