The peaceful village of Mamhilad is well served with a good village pub. For walkers there are waymarked paths available from your front door along with a circular walk that will guide you through open fields and rich woodland up to the Folly Tower. Just 5 miles away you will find Usk with many charming old buildings a wonderful Norman castle a rural life museum beautiful churches and a Town Trail which includes 28 sites of historic interest. Golfers are spoilt for choice with access to Green Meadow Golf and Country Club Woodlake Park and Golf Club and St Pierre Golf Course. This area is surrounded by breathtaking forests and hillsides where you can also access the Wye Valley and Brecon Beacons. This spacious retreat sits within the grounds of the owners home offering spacious accommodation thats perfect for couples. As you step inside the ground floor offers open-plan living which is perfect for spending time together. The lounge area has comfortable sofas one of which is a sofa bed (for small children only) and a Smart TV and a table and chairs for dining. The kitchen is to the rear of the space well-equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. And when the day is done you can climb the stairs to the spacious double bedroom set within the eaves. Outside the property has a garden that has an open aspect with views up onto Folly Tower there is a patio area with table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. There is off-road parking for two cars.
