PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS ACROSS TORBAY
This first floor apartment is situated in a quiet area of Brixham and has beautiful sea views of Torbay and Lyme Bay. The apartment is ideally placed to explore the whole area including the beautiful towns of Totnes and Dartmouth.
Brixham harbour and town, with shops, restaurants, free outdoor seasonal swimming pool and Breakwater beach with its bistro is a 15 minute walk downhill. If you prefer, the local bus service stops near the apartment and goes to the town centre. During the season, fishing trips leave from the harbour and there is a seasonal ferry service to Torquay and Dartmouth as well as bus connections to all over Devon. Nearby English Heritage and National Trust properties include Agatha Christie's Greenaway estate and Coleton Fishacre. Traditional seaside beaches and attractions are close by at Broadsands, Goodrington, Paignton and Torquay. Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican is a little further as is Exeter with its magnificent cathedral and quayside, both make for an excellent day trip.
The accommodation has sea views from the lounge, dining area and balcony and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / diner: with TV, DVD, Freeview, iPod docking station and patio doors leading to the balcony (children must be supervised). The apartment has a small library of books, DVDs and games. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with electric oven, hob, built-in fridge / freezer and microwave.
Outside: the building stands in its own grounds with shared gardens.
Amenities: private car park with allocated parking space for 1, ample free roadside parking nearby. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Heating surcharge of £25 per week applies November - February inclusive, payable to the Owner via cheque prior to arrival. Wi-fi available. Regret no pets. Regret no smokers.
Additional info: travel cot will be a cosy fit in both bedrooms.
