This ground floor apartment is located in a quiet area of Brixham with sea views overlooking Torbay and Lyme Bay, offering an ideal base for exploring Torbay, South Devon and beyond.
The fishing town of Brixham with its marina and harbour has a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and offers seasonal boat trips to Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth. You will be within walking distance to Shoalstone beach with its free outdoor swimming pool, Breakwater Beach, Berry Head Country Park with its fort and picnic areas and the South West Coastal Path with its glorious cliff-top walks and views. Paignton Zoo, Quay West Waterpark, Woodlands Adventure Park, Slapton Sands and Torquay’s Living Coast are a short drive away and Plymouth and Exeter a little further.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and electric shaving point. Lounge / diner: with TV, DVD, Freeview, CD / Radio and patio doors leading to shared gardens. Kitchen: modern, well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. Regret no washing machine.
Outside: shared gardens.
Amenities: private car park with allocated parking space for one car, two meters from the front door. Bed linen, towels, electric and wi-fi included. Heating surcharge of £25 per week applies November - February inclusive, payable to the Owner via cheque prior to arrival. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking.
