Brixham is known for its busy harbour which is steeped in history and once a popular target for pirates and smugglers. Visitors can learn more about the towns fascinating history with a visit to the fantastic replica of the Golden Hind or perhaps following in the footsteps of Blackbeard by taking the Brixham Buccaneers Trail. The towns main beach Breakwater enjoys warm waters and is popular with scuba divers as well as beach lovers. For those who want guaranteed safe swimming whatever the tidal conditions the saltwater lido at Shoalstone makes a wonderful place for a dip. On arriving at this property guests will find plentiful parking on the spacious driveway which leads round to the main door at the side of the property. The main living area on the ground floor has a large open-plan lounge/diner which has a comfortable seating area TV DVD feature fireplace and a bay window which affords views across to the bay. The dining area has a well-sized dining table and patio doors which open out onto a decked balcony. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Two of the three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor: a king-size and a twin both of which overlook the propertys garden. The bathroom with a bath large walk in shower and WC is also located on the ground floor. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin. The master bedroom enjoys its own space on the first floor of the property with a king-size bed and sea views. Outside as well as the balcony to the front of the property there is also an attractive rear garden which has a lawned area and a raised deck with garden furniture.
