Located in the English Riviera town of Brixham and is just a short walk from the harbour. The town has a long standing maritime history and the harbour remains the heart of it offering visitors a choice of boat trips from relaxing tours of Torbay accompanied fishing trips and a regular service across the bay to the resort town of Torquay. There is plenty to see and do from beaches and restaurants and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drakes ship The Golden Hind. Further afield the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches a zoo an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley. You can take a walk to Berry Head which is at the end of the road Upon entering the property the lobby is the perfect spot for hanging your coats and kicking off your shoes before heading up to the property. Following on into the property you will enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The fabulous lounge area allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the TV or just enjoy the views over the garden. The garden provides the perfect backdrop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the remarkable kitchen area which offers an electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer coffee machine microwave and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor you will find a separate WC with utility area housing the washing machine. After a long day of exploring head upstairs to the first floor where you can unwind and will find two spacious king-size bedrooms the first of the two rooms offers views over Brixham and a TV where the second room offers views over the garden and TV.
