Set within a small working farm in the heart of Devon this stylish property is in a tranquil courtyard setting surrounded by countryside making it the perfect spot for walkers and nature lovers alike. The pretty village of Payhembury is home to a pub and community shop offering essential supplies. Enjoy an afternoon fishing for brown trout on the nearby River Tale or perhaps have a picnic in the copse. The farm also hosts the village cricket club with a bar open on match days and pitch available to hire should you be feeling energetic. An abundance of pretty towns and villages are accessible from here with the stunning Jurassic Coastline nearby ideal for all manner of outdoor pursuits. A pathway through a private garden leads you to the barn. On entering the property you are met by an entrance hallway with WC which leads into a bright and airy open-plan kitchen/diner. The stylish kitchen area is well-equipped with luxury appliances plus an electric range style oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. A useful utility room houses a washer/dryer. Ample off-road parking can be found within the yard surrounding the property.
