Set in the small hamlet of Loxton, at the end of the Mendip Hills overlooking the Somerset Levels, with large enclosed garden with gated driveway, situated in an area renowned for beautiful scenery.
Excellent for walking and cycling with many footpaths and bridleways including the West Mendip Way, which links up with the National Trust site at Crook Peak. In the distance, the modern imposition of the M5 motorway weaves across the landscape, bringing together the benefits of the 21st century within an otherwise hidden retreat, meaning you will be ideally placed for touring the area. Wells with its cathedral and shopping area, Weston-Super-Mare with beaches, shops and restaurants and Cheddar with its famous Gorge, are all within easy reach. Approximately 1 hours drive will take you to the historic city of Bath with its famous Roman Spa Baths. Lesisure facilities: Discounted membership to nearby Leisure Club and Spa sessional rates apply of £5 per person, includes use of gym, sauna, and swimming pool.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC. 1 double and 1 twin room.

Lounge: sunny room with woodburner, TV, Freeview, DVD and views of the garden. Kitchen: with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Conservatory, beautiful area for dining and additional seating.
Outside: large enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Use of adjoining 2 acre orchard for walks and picnics.
Amenities: parking for 3 cars (carport available). Bed linen, towels and electric included, additional charge for central heating from 1 November to 30 April (£4 per night) made payable to owner on arrival. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking in the property.
