The apartment is situated above a garage in the grounds of the owner's main residence and has use of large and well-maintained gardens with wonderful views to the Caradon Hills. Situated in the small town of Callington, there are pubs, shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The area is popular with walkers with the rugged and picturesque Dartmoor being within a few miles and the sandy beaches of South Cornwall are all a short drive away. The regional city of Plymouth is also close by with its Hoe and Barbican, National Marine Aquarium, St Mellion International Golf Course and other attractions like Flambards Theme Park, The Eden Project and more.
