Situated along a quiet country lane is the property which is one of five holiday apartments with the use of large communal gardens yet only a short 20 minute walk to a choice of two popular sandy beaches and the bustling centre of Bude.
Part of the Atlantic Heritage Coast and perfectly placed for the South West Coast Path, Bude has much to offer with many sandy beaches and some of the finest surfing around. The main family beach offers a superb outdoor sea pool, great for children. In additional an indoor splashpool, tenpin bowling, boating canal, riding and an impressive 18-hole links golf-course, plus many shops, pubs and restaurants. North Cornwall itself offers some lovely scenery and a diverse selection of attractions within a short drive which include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac and many National Trust properties with fantastic gardens.
