Situated in a quiet rural location and approach via a privately owned lane, this delightful apartment is less than a 20 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach at Bude which is popular with surfers and bathers.
There are stables a few minutes walk away if you are interested in riding, as well as a bird sanctuary. The beautiful unspoilt seaside town of Bude is waiting for you to explore with lots to see and do including a Splashpool, Canal, lovely clifftop walks, pubs, shops, restaurants and more. North Cornwall is famed for its beauty and you will also be ideally placed for touring the whole area with attractions to suit all tastes which include The Milky Way, Clovelly, Launceston Steam Railway and more.
