This delightful semi-detached bungalow is one of two situated in a secluded cul-de-sac in the popular Cornish resort of Bude.
A short walk to a superb choice of sandy beaches and adjacent to the South West Coast Path, this property enjoys a convenient location to all of Bude's facilities. The town itself has an array of gift shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and offers excellent leisure facilities including the challenging 18-hole links golf course, tennis, boating and bowling. Perfectly located to explore the beautiful unspoilt coastline of North Cornwall and the many delights it has to offer, the popular fishing villages of Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac or the wealth of family attractions like Crealy Adventure Park, The Milky Way or The Big Sheep. In the evenings, relax and unwind on the decked area or walk to the local pub serving good food.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 small bedroom which has a single bed and can accommodate either an extra pull-out bed or a cot.
