Get involved with a round at the challenging 18-hole links golf course tennis boating and bowling greens. The property is also perfectly located to explore the beautiful unspoilt coastline of North Cornwall especially the popular fishing villages of Boscastle Tintagel and Port Isaac or the wealth of family attractions like Crealy Adventure Park The Milky Way or The Big Sheep. In the evenings head to The Rebel Cinema five miles out of town or simply relax and unwind on the decked area or take a stroll to the local pub. On arrival at the property you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its oak floor. The lounge is made homely with a TV DVD and ample seating perfect for a relaxing night in. The kitchen area is equipped with a granite worktop an electric oven with gas hob fridge washer/dryer dishwasher and microwave making it a great space for preparing meals to be enjoyed in the dining area. Close by are the two bedrooms the first of which has a double bed while the other is a small room with a single bed and which can accommodate either an extra pull-out bed suitable for children under 12 years old or a cot (by arrangement). The bathroom comes complete with a shower over the bath and WC. Exit the accommodation via French doors that lead onto a partially enclosed timber decked area with garden seating and a BBQ to enjoy those warm evenings and cook up a storm on the grill. Ample parking is available.
