The rugged Cornish coastline can be found just a few miles away with its high cliffs secluded coves and golden beaches. The traditional seaside town of Bude is within easy reach and boasts award-winning beaches a selection of pubs shops restaurants and a well renowned links golf course. Inside the spacious kitchen is ideally suited to every type of cook. With extensive surface space contemporary units and plenty of natural light it includes an electric oven hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer microwave and hot drinks machine. Once you have prepared your meals dine at the large table nearby before retreating to the lounge which boasts wooden floors and large French windows to the garden. Here you will find a TV/DVD with Freeview perfect for cosy nights in. The master bedroom upstairs features slanted ceilings a large sky light king-size bed TV and en-suite WC while the twin bedroom on the ground floor is spacious and bright. The family bathroom has a shower over bath. Also an additional bed can be provided for a child on request. French windows open out from the lounge to a pretty patio area with a BBQ. Here you will also find a private hot tub the perfect place to relax after a long day and enjoy the view over the lawn garden and countryside beyond. There is also ample parking.
