A short drive takes you into the quaint market town of South Molton, where 2 markets are held each week and where you can browse around an array of shops, a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants. Within easy reach of North Devon's stunning coastline littered with wonderful sandy beaches at Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! and Exmoor National Park teaming with picturesque villages, perfect for guests looking to enjoy some of Devon's most stunning vistas. The larger town of Barnstaple which is 12 miles away, has something to offer all year round with numerous shops, a theatre, cinema and many pubs and restaurants.
Stabling: stabling, turnout and sand school are available for guests' own horses- to use at own risk. This is to be arranged direct with the owners.
Farm activities: located within the owner's farm, used mainly for their horses, guests are welcome to meet the horses under the owners supervision. Play facilities: shared outdoor children's play area.
Outside: offers an enclosed garden and patio area with seating and BBQ and lawn, guests are also invited to explore the surrounding grounds.
Amenities: ample parking to the rear of the property. Bed linen, towels, electric and electric heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 well-behaved dog welcome.
Location: beach 30 minutes drive, pub and shop 2 miles.
