This refurbished former weaving building is situated within the grounds of the main house and is walking distance to the village pub. There are two pubs in the village both of which serve food. The village has a shop, Post Office and garden nursery which is across the road and a bowls club, excellent children's play area and river all within a 10 minutes walk.
Situated on the edge of the Somerset Levels you are surrounded by excellent bridle paths for walking and a rich source of wildlife and birds. The area is very flat and excellent for cycling. Equipped and furnished to a high standard, you will be ideally placed for either a relaxing and tranquil holiday or as a base for visiting the many beaches along the north coast of Somerset as well as a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes which include historic Roman Bath, Clarks Village at Street, Longleat Safari Park, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Brean Leisure Park and more. The regional city of Bristol is a short drive and offers a host of high street shops, cinema, restaurants and theatre. In the evenings relax in the large garden.
The accommodation which retains much original charm and character with slate and wooden floors offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single which has a pull-out bed underneath.
Bathroom: mixer shower over roll-top bath and WC. Wet room situated downstairs. Separate WC.
Lounge: with TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen / diner: farmhouse style with fridge, small freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave and CD / MP3 player.
Outside: garden with seating and BBQ.

Additional info: also available for an additional cost of £250 per week is a Shepherd's Hut, located at the end of the garden complete with double bed, woodburner and TV. This can be booked by arrangement directly with the owner. Guests can use the nearby shower room and WC as well as the facilities available in this property.
