This property enjoys stunning views of the surrounding countryside ocean and Lundy Island providing a real home-from-home for those wishing to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall. North Cornwall has something special for guests of all ages from amazing cliff-top walks to sheltered coves sandy surfing beaches and more. The closest rockpool beach is a 35 minute walk from the farm and is found down a winding tree-lined road through Marsland Valley a designated Special Scientific Interest area with many rare species of flora and fauna. Other well-known attractions within a short drive include Tintagel Boscastle Newquay Zoo Clovelly and more. Bude is close by offering shops pubs a historical canal and sea lock golf course Splash Leisure Pool and tearooms. The popular 13th century Bush Inn village shop and local riding stables are less than a mile away. Located within a wing of the owners farmhouse this compact holiday home is largely open-plan. The well-proportioned lounge/kitchen/diners focal point is a cosy wood burner. With the first basket of logs included you ll be able to warm up instantly with additional logs available to purchase on an honesty box basis. The lounge area also has ample comfy seating with a TV/DVD. The kitchen area has an electric hob and oven a microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs the bedroom contains a super king-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a private patio with garden furniture a BBQ a chiminea and a summer house perfect for relaxing in and enjoying the surrounding views. Up to 3 dogs are welcome and they have sole use of the 1-acre paddock with sea views accessed from the patio via steps and a gate making it perfect for letting them have a run-around. By arrangement with the owner, guests are invited to hire the owners bespoke, pop up art studio which is perfectly positioned on the farmland to take in the superb views over the rolling fields and across the sea towards Lundy Island.
