This first floor split-level apartment is situated in the centre of this bustling fishing village, a stone's throw from the all the amenities including the picturesque harbour, traditional pubs, a wealth of restaurants as well as a number of quaint gift shops.
The golden sandy beaches of Pentewan and Gorran Haven are 3 miles away in either direction and they also have a selection of eateries and shops to entertain. Situated less than 2 miles from the Lost Gardens of Heligan and approximately 8 miles from The Eden Project. Truro, the cultural capital of Cornwall is 20 minutes drive, offering the Hall for Cornwall Theatre, cinema, a wealth of restaurants and various cuisines, together with a vast array of shopping from boutique to department style stores it offers something for even the most demanding of tourist. If you fancy staying closer to home why not while away your day exploring the pretty village or hop on a ferry to Fowey (weather dependant).
