This semi-detached cottage is situated in a truly spectacular position overlooking the famous fishing village of Mevagissey, with breathtaking views extending to the sea and beyond. This superb cottage has been refurbished to a good standard, offering a perfect retreat for couples and families.
Stroll into the village and enjoy the many shops, pubs and restaurants, or venture further afield and explore the many attractions Cornwall has to offer which include The Eden Project, Lands End, Charlestown with its Tall Ships and The Lost Gardens of Heligan to name but a few. In the evening why not take a gentle stroll down to one of the delightful restaurants that Mevagissey has to offer.
The accommodation is situated on a steep but quiet road and equipped to a good standard offering TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV, washbasin and sea views. 1 twin bedroom with TV, glimpses of views over Mevagissey. Shower room: with WC.
Lounge: with flatscreen TV, Freeview and hi-fi. Kitchen / diner: with feature woodburner, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Amenities: allocated parking space for 1 car nearby. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets and no smoking within the property.
Additional info: not suitable for children under 8 years old, however babies under 1 years old acceptable.
Location: beach 1 mile, harbour a minute and a half walkaway, shops and pubs all within walking distance. Arrival: 4.30pm.
