Situated on the sloped hillside less than 100 yards from the picturesque harbour of Mevagissey.
With uninterrupted views across the harbour and out to sea, you will be in one of the village's best locations. A stone's throw from all the amenities within the village, including a range of traditional pubs, themed restaurants and a number of quaint gift shops and galleries. There is a small beach to enjoy and the golden sandy beaches of Pentewan and Gorran Haven are 3 miles away in either direction. The regional town of Truro is 20 minutes drive and has a range of leisure activities and high street shops. You will also be well placed for touring the whole of Cornwall with attractions to suit all tastes being within a short drive and these include The Eden Project, Lost Gardens Of Heligan, The Tall Ships at Charlestown, Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives and more.
