LOVELY DETACHED DORMER BUNGALOW WITH FAR REACHING HARBOUR AND SEA VIEWS
You will be a short stroll to the centre of this traditional Cornish fishing village, where you can wander the narrow alleyways, browse gift shops and art galleries, try the local ale in one of the many pubs, have a fine dinner in one of the excellent restaurants and explore the bustling harbour. The perfect setting for a perfect Cornish holiday.
It is a small, unspoilt fishing village with a colourful history of boat building and smuggling, which still retains its traditional character, and nowadays has a selection of top quality pubs, restaurants and shops. Mevagissey is situated on the southern riviera coast, 5 miles from St Austell and the Eden Project, making it an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful county. There are a wealth of modern attractions within a short drive and these include Tate Gallery, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and National Maritime Museum for you to explore.
Approached via a shared steep driveway, the bungalow is approached via 6 steps and is in a delightful elevated position with far reaching views and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin with sea views and 1 single.
Bathroom: with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Separate WC and wash basin.
Lounge: with woodburner effect electric fire, TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen / diner: with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Outside: enclosed garden area with seating and BBQ.
Amenities: parking for 1 car. The driveway is only suitable for small to medium 4x4 vehicles, however parking is also available on the road, just 50 yards from the bungalow via a moderately sloping footpath. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Dogs welcome.
