Middlegate cottage North York Moors and Coast
Middlegate is a detached ground floor cottage on the owner`s working farm, just three miles from Malton in North Yorkshire. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also has a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Ideally situated for discovering the magnificent North York Moors, Middlegate is also just a short drive from the North Yorkshire coast and provides a delightful spot for a family holiday in this wonderful county.
The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers` markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.
