The semi-detached bungalow approached down a private lane is attached to the owners home but feels very peaceful and secluded. The property is set within the picturesque Middleton Tyas on the outskirts of Richmond. The charming old copper mining village which has some beautiful walks and scenery on your doorstep its ideal base to explore Richmond and North Yorkshire with its great towns cities and scenery to explore its easily accessible from the north and south with good transport links. Its perfectly situated to explore the Yorkshire Dales and The North Yorkshire Moors Barnard Castle and Darlington. Local attractions include the Georgian Theatre Royal Bowes Museum Globe theatre Forbidden Corner Walworth Castle Richmond Castle and Darlington Railway Museum. Enter the accommodation via the shared patio area into a light and airy hallway off to the right is the Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and gas hob fridge freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine. Off the hallway is a lovely spacious king size bedroom bathroom: with roll top bath shower and WC. Along to the end of the hall is a good sized lounge: with TV and DVD. Externally there is a patio area with seating this area is located by a minimally used owners entrance door the owners use an alternative entrance. Need to know: 1 bedroom king size. 1 bathroom shower and bath. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. 1 dog welcome. Pub, restaurant and shop within walking distance. Parking for 1 car. Central heating. Wifi included. Shared patio area with seating. 3 night minimum stay. Dog walking paddock.
