Located in traditional farmland the nearest town of Looe which is just two miles away is a quintessentially Cornish fishing harbour popular with visitors having changed little over the generations. The port has much to offer with a mix of quality bistros inns restaurants and independent stores. Enjoy one of the many boat trips from fishing charters to a leisurely glass bottom jaunt. Close by is the picture-postcard village of Polperro with its colourful narrow streets. For walkers the stunning South West Coastal Path is just a mile away taking in amazing views out to sea. Attractions in the area include The Monkey Sanctuary the Adrenalin Quarry Go-Karting Porfell Wildlife Park The Eden Project and many National Trust Properties. On arrival at the property you will encounter the bedrooms first as the house adopts an inverted design with the communal living areas located upstairs in order to enjoy good views of the surrounding farmland. There are four bedrooms: two doubles both with their own TVs and one with en-suite shower room and WC and two twin rooms one of them has its own TV. There is also a bathroom close by for convenience with shower over bath and WC. The first floor hosts a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed wooden ceiling beams. Relax in the comfortable seating and enjoy watching the TV/DVD listening to the Bluetooth speaker and some fun and relaxation with the collection of books films and games. While the dining area comfortably seats eight even more seating can also be found in the kitchen. The kitchen area comprises of an electric oven and hob a microwave a fridge/freezer a dishwasher a washer/dryer. Step outside and you ll find a great patio seating area as well as a garden shared with the other properties boasting sea views. There is ample off-road parking. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 2 king size with TV's, 2 twins (1 with TV). 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 en suite shower room with WC. Kitchen electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. TV/DVD. Electric and central heating included. Off road parking. Wi Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome (regret not July/August). Beach and shop are within walking distance, and pubs within 2 miles.
