Perfectly situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this charming timber chalet is on the scenic road which runs along Loch Tay. Recently refurbished, the chalet offers a spacious, welcoming and comfortable holiday home with ramp access.
The pretty village of Killin has shops, inns, restaurants, golf course and boat moorings. Loch Tay, where the magnificent Falls of Dochart meet Trossachs National Park, this is Scotland’s longest loch and offers sailing, water sports and angling. This is an ideally central location with day trips possible to Perth, Loch Lomond or Oban. Nearby Ben Lawers Nature Reserve with its abundance of rare plants, wildlife and birds offers excellent hill-walking and climbing routes.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: 1 double with en-suite wet room. Lounge / kitchen / diner: electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, Freeview TV, DVD and video player.
Outside: a small sheltered garden with patio and pond.
Amenities: bed linen, towels, electric and heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 large dog or 2 small dogs welcome.
Additional info: Short breaks are charged as follows 3 and 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rate, 5 and 6 nights will be the full weekly rate.
