The central location of this property makes it perfect for anyone wanting to explore the Cotswolds with many of its most popular towns within easy reach. All named after Wychwood Forest Milton-Under-Wychwood Shipton-Under-Wychwood and Ascott-Under-Wychwood are all close by with a range of beautiful buildings dating through the centuries and an array of amenities to choose from. There are lots of lovely walks particularly through Diggers Wood and the Wild Garden which is owned and managed by the villagers. Travel slightly further for the idyllic Burford or Bourton-on-the-Water or head to one of the many attractions in the Cotswolds including the wildlife park and a multitude of National Trust properties. The entrance hall is perfect for muddy shoes after a walk through the fields and there is a cloak room with WC too. The open plan lounge/diner is a stylish and contemporary space beautifully decorated and furnished with a chic sofa and chairs a gas wood burner and TV. There is a large dining table perfect for enjoying any home-cooked meals during your holiday and big enough to seat up to six people. Through to the kitchen the well-equipped room comprises of a double range oven dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer and fridge and freezer. Upstairs there are three elegantly styled bedrooms: the first room has a king-size bed whilst the second has a queen-size zip-and-link bed that can be made into two singles on request. The final bedroom has a single bed but still makes a relaxing retreat after a long day. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and WC. Outside there are sections laid to lawn to the front and side of the property as well as a stylish patio area with ample outdoor seating and a BBQ. There is parking in the gardens.
