This spacious house arranged on two levels is beautifully presented with a summer house where guests can relax and enjoy the lovely scenery.
Described as 'The Coolest Village in Britain', Moniaive has lots to offer with local arts, crafts, music festivals and a monthly itinerary of events. There are excellent places to eat out and a selection of shops. Fishing in the nearby river, golf, sailing, walking, cycling are just a few pursuits in the local area.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: master super king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 2 king-size.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC downstairs.
Lounge: with open fire (first basket of logs provided), TV, Freeview, DVD and hi-fi. Dining room. Kitchen / diner: leading to garden with electric Aga, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside: garden with summer house overlooking the river (care required with young children).
Amenities: bed linen, towels, wi-fi, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets.
Additional info: short breaks are charged as follows: 3 & 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rates, 5 & 6 nights will be the full weekly rate. Additional logs can be purchased locally.
