Commanding a delightful rural location the property has various walking routes right on the doorstep. Guests can hire bicycles and cycle the nearby Tissington Trail from Parsley Hay to Ashbourne or take bikes along the disused railways lines of the Manifold Trail. The cottage embraces open-plan living with a spacious kitchen and lounge-diner thats well equipped with delightful wooden floors adding a sense of warmth and cosiness. The comfy lounge provides the ideal spot for cosying up and watching TV before heading to bed in the relaxing quiet of the countryside. Upstairs the bedroom is situated in the eaves of the cottage with sloping ceilings and windows that frame the beautiful countryside. The bedroom has a fully tiled en-suite with a bath shower-over toilet and hand basin. Outside there is a shared garden at the front of the property that receives all day sunshine and has a BBQ for those warm evenings and al fresco dining. The cottage is one of five in this location.
