Door opens into the sun room which opens up onto the garden, little table and chairs. Private parking for four cars easily at the front of the house. Lovely enclosed lawned garden at the back of the house with paved seating area and garden furniture.

The lovely seaside town of Criccieth has some fantastic restaurants, pubs and cafes as well as interesting individual shops, and a great delicatessen.
A short drive takes you to Porthmadog and the Italianate village at Portmeirion. You can take a ride on the Welsh Highland Railway and explore the beautiful landscape of Snowdonia. Travelling in the opposite direction, you will arrive at Pwllheli, a busy marina town. Further along this beautiful coastline are Llanbedrog and the ever-popular Abersoch.
