Relax in your own private garden area, enjoy a glass of wine on the summerhouse terrace (occasionally shared with owners) or read a book in the suntrap courtyard. An ideal base for touring the South Hams and visiting many National Trust properties. The picturesque yachting towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth are within a short drive and offer a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries. Safe and sandy Bantham Beach and award winning Blackpool Sands cove are nearby and there are glorious cliff-top walks along the South West Coast Path and the rugged Dartmoor National Park for the more energetic.
