You will be ideally based for exploring the whole area, with so much to see and do in the immediate area including Fowey, The Eden Project being 1 mile, Charlestown with its Tall Ships, the market town of St Austell all within a 4 mile radius. An intriguing wildlife feature are the rare 'Lesser Horseshoe bats' who leave woodland caves from April until August to tuck themselves under the eaves of this once derelict granite stone barn.
