The cottage is positioned in the heart of Mousehole with gift shops galleries restaurants and a tidal beach all just moments away. Just 2 miles from the bustling town centre of Newlyn and long seafront towards Penzance you will find everything you need nearby including pubs cafes bars restaurants galleries and local shops. Penzance (3.5 miles) is the largest town in the area with plenty of choices for those shopping days or you can take a dip in the 1930s Lido. The location is perfect for exploring the wider area including the Minack Theatre which is a unique cliff-top open-air theatre Porthcurno St Michaels Mount at Marazion Hayles 3 miles of golden beaches and the bustling seaside town of St Ives. Although the cottage is steeped in its traditional past it is also equipped with many modern comforts throughout. From the terrace you enter through the porch and front door into a ground-floor cosy yet spacious open-plan lounge/diner. The lounge area offers a comfortable sofa and armchairs so relax and read your favourite book or watch a film on the TV/DVD in front of the electric fire on those cooler evenings. Play some songs on the CD music system whilst eating your dinner at the dining table with seating for four. Head into the stylish and well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob fridge Nespresso coffee machine washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher and create a meal with the catch of the day from the local fish market! Completing the ground floor is a shower room with a shower and WC which is great after a day at the beach. Heading upstairs to the first floor the king-size bedroom has beautiful views across the sea and there is also a spacious twin bedroom both with storage for your belongings. Completing this floor is a contemporary shower room with a rainfall shower and WC. Outside there is a small patio area with seating to the front of the property and an enclosed secret garden along the opposite pathway with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dining whilst admiring the sea views and watching the sun go down bliss! There is roadside parking in the area (subject to availability) or in the harbour car park a short distance from the cottage.
