The barn has been skilfully converted into two comfortable holiday homes. The property overlooks what is reputed to be the largest common in Norfolk, with a duck pond and children's play area. Next door is a vintage car business.
Located in Mulbarton which has a small collection of shops, fish & chip shop and a pub. It is within easy reach of the fine city of Norwich with its cathedrals, theatres and night life. A little further takes you to the Norfolk Broads for day boat hire and fishing. Great Yarmouth for traditional seaside entertainment or Lowestoft with vast stretches of sandy beaches and promenade, both within a 1 hour drive.

Outside: regret no outside area although the properties back onto a very large common, perfect for walkers.
