SUPERB LOCATION WITH COAST PATH RIGHT ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Situated in a small complex of 12 bungalows in a superb location on top of Mullion Cove.
The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and will take you along miles of cliff-tops in either direction. The village of Mullion is a short walk, with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The area is one of the most popular in Cornwall, being a short drive to Lizard Point. Excellent walks along the coast and National Trust headland. You will be spoilt for choice with a variety of sandy beaches and coves in addition to attractions to suit all tastes including RNAS Culdrose with its viewing area, Minack Theatre, Helston's market, Lands End, Flambards Theme Park, plenty of quaint fishing villages like Porthleven, golf, riding, fishing and much more.
The seaside themed accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan, simply yet comfortably furnished with TV / DVD. Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave.
Outside: the property has its own south facing decked area with garden furniture. Shared use of large lawn with areas for BBQs and you can enjoy fantastic sea and cliff views.
Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric and convector heating included. Laundry facilities are available in the shared laundry room. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome.
Location: Mullion Cove a 5 minute walk, other beaches close by, pub and shop 1 mile, hotel with a bar and restaurant walking distance.
