This property is one of three in the complex and is a short stroll from the sandy beach and ideally placed for shops pubs cliff-top walks and the beautiful coastline. Portreath is perfect for enjoying Cornwalls many delights and there are a host of popular attractions within a short drive including the Eden Project Lands End Tate St Ives Flambards Theme Park and much more. There are some lovely towns and fishing villages nearby including Padstow Rock Falmouth and the county town of Truro which has a range of restaurants shops and other leisure facilities. In the evenings enjoy the pubs on your doorstep or relax with a drink on the seating at the front of the property with lovely views. This property is arranged over three floors. On entering the ground floor offers two snug and cosy bedrooms: one double and one single with en-suite shower room and WC. Moving upstairs to the first floor you will find the main living areas.
